PERFORMANCE……performance is about controlling those high pressure critical moments and making the most of everyday opportunities. I’ve been training “Go Getters” for a while now and we work on those vital critical moments where you have to be at your best. It’s fantastic to see someone achieve their potential when the stress is on. But, I also see how mental skills training has become something that people use every day to up their game. It doesn’t matter if you’re training for a big sporting event, a test, a big presentation, or trying to get out of that slump (a little down or anxious). The skills we teach still apply. If you have decided you want to do something a little bit better today than you did it yesterday in the name of reaching your potential, let’s talk! Wouldn’t it be great to feel really effective when you really need it?!!!
Finding success is a great pleasure, but knowing how to be consistently successful is truly the key. Starting with my training to win multiple championships for UCLA, to my doctorate in clinical psychology, and on to my specialization in sport/performance psychology, I have learned techniques that let you understand the nuts and bolts of performance psychology.
